About Me!
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I've been gaining my 3,000 hours towards licensure the last 3 years at a small local group practice called Flourish Mindset Marriage and Family Therapy. Since passing my CA Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Exam in September, 2026, I have chosen to start my own private practice. I will be opening my doors for clients starting in December, 2026!Â

Experience
I love working with individuals, couples, older adults, teens, and children. I am particularly skilled at relational work and deep reflection—exploring the why, moving from conflict to understanding, disconnection to connection, and pain to relief. I enjoy supporting individuals through issues like ADHD, shame, self-esteem, relational issues, depression, and PTSD recovery. By integrating approaches like EMDR, Breathwork, Mindfulness, DBT, Parts Work and The Gottman Method, I help people embody their strengths, so problems feel more manageable. I knew I wanted to be in a therapist from a young age and started in the mental health field early. I've worked as an RBT helping children with autism, at residential facilitates helping teens navigate recovery, and as a therapist for children, families and couples since graduating in 2023.

Therapeutic Approach
Working with me means entering a collaborative, holistic, and integrative space where your unique needs guide our path—because I believe no single modality fits everyone. While acknowledging we are grounded in the Western roots of talk therapy, I integrate narrative, solution-focused, and somatic therapies with DBT skills and a trauma-informed lens. Meaning I pay attention to the story you create and have inherited, ask questions to explore and expand moments of presence, explore how immigration and culture impacts your sense of self, and tie in education about trauma as it's relevant. Together, we courageously explore your emotions and memories to find compassion, creating a curiously safe space where new stories and ways of relating can blossom.Â
My therapeutic philosophy is centered on the belief that true healing occurs through a collaborative and compassionate relationship. I strive to provide a warm, gentle space where you can explore your inner world safely, fostering growth and deeper self-connection at your own pace.
I am passionate about sharing knowledge as we help you imagine and then embody new possibilities in your relationships and your body. My goal is to empower you to build confidence and take action, recognizing the resilience you already possess. I bring humor and humanity to our sessions while practicing cultural humility, staying mindful of my own privilege as a cis-gender white woman and remaining dedicated to continual learning.
